CANCELLATION POLICY
- Confirmed bookings up to 10 Pax:
- Cancelled before 03 days - 100% of the value of the booking will be charged.
- Cancelled before 04 days - can be utilized within 3 months.
- Confirmed bookings above 11 Pax:
- Cancelled before 07 days – 100% of the value of the booking will be charged.
- Cancelled before 08 days – can be utilized within 3 months.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit is required to guarantee reservation
GUARANTEE POLICY
Guarantee is mandatory to reserve a room with credit card information. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa.
Cancellation Policy for Sri Lanka Rupee Rate Reservations (Sri Lankan Passport Holders and Resident Visa Holders)
Note: Please note, to be eligible to obtain Sri Lanka Rupee rates, all guests checking into the hotel must produce their individual identification by the form of National Identity Card, Sri Lanka Passport or Sri Lanka Resident Visa upon arrival to the hotel.
GROUP BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY
For all group reservations (reservations over 09 rooms) a non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
If any adjustments for the arrival / departure dates are required after confirmation, this will be handled on a case by case basis.
REFUND POLICY
1.Cancellation Period: Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their reservation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
2. Guests who cancel their booking between 7 days and 3 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of their payment.
3. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
4. Special Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, or other emergencies, we may offer flexibility with our refund policy. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
5. Modification Policy: Guests may request modifications to their reservation, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences. Modifications made within 1 days of the arrival date may be subject to additional charges.

SPECIAL OFFER CONDITIONS
Please note that all Special Offer Conditions will supersede the cancellation conditions stated in this general policy document.
CHANGING ROOMS / DAY ROOMS
A changing room can be provided free of charge for bookings over 25 Pax on a refundable deposit of LKR 3,000 (FOC room will be allocated on availability).
Changing room key to be handed over to the reception at the time of your departure to collect your deposit.
Changing Room / Day Room: LKR 6,500 (Non A/c) (9.00 am to 5.00 pm).
LKR 1,000 will be charged for an additional hour after 05.00 pm.
DAY OUTING CHILD POLICY
Age 12 Years and above: Adult Rate
Outside food is not allowed. Due to Health Regulations.
Any kind of Soft Drinks / Fruit Juices are not allowed. (Corkage for LKR 250/= Per 1L bottle)
You need to bring your own towels for the Pool use.
Please enter the restaurant and public areas decently dressed. (Not allowed with wet clothes & bare body)
The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of valuables left unattended by guests.
Guest will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in the changing rooms or any damages to internal/external areas of the hotel.
Pet Policy
No pets allowed within the Hotel premises.
HOTEL Privacy Policy
You are entitled to correct or delete any information about you from our customer database.
No personal information will be disclosed to any outside party without written permission of the proprietor.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
An advance payment of 40% to be paid within 3 days to confirm the booking & the balance to be paid on arrival.
Check in time - 14.00 Hrs. Check Out - 12.00 Hrs.
Any extension of stay must be requested & confirmed by the reception.
Visitors are not permitted in guest room after 20.00 Hrs.
The Management is not responsible for the safety of any valuable left in the Guest Rooms.
Guest will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their rooms or any damages to internal/external areas of the hotel.
All confirmed bookings are non-cancellable, guests will be liable for the full payment of their original booking.
All our rooms are NON SMOKING - Please refrain from smoking inside the room.
A fee of LKR 5000 would be charged for the lost or misplaced room key.
Pets are not allowed within the Hotel premises.
BOYB (Corkage Free)
Outside food is not Allowed, Due to Health Regulations.
Any kind of Soft Drinks / Fruit Juices are not allowed. (Corkage for LKR 250/= Per 1L bottle).
Loud music is not allowed - Please check with the Reception to organize your own or arrange it from the Hotel. Cost for Calypso Band - LKR 12,000 for 4hrs.
